I'm Tara Ryan

I am an independently licensed professional mental health counselor.  I am available for individual therapy with adults residing in California, Colorado, Nebraska and Texas.

I am a therapist, private practice owner, military spouse and cat mom to 2 beautiful orange tabbies.  I know the challenges of professional work life and the constant change that comes with the military lifestyle.  Along my journey in life, I have learned how to be courageous and resilient. I have deep compassion and empathy for every living creature. And, I recognize that every single one of us has a life story to share, with struggles, sadness, as well as courage and happiness. This is our life.
